点击图片查看大图膨胀珍珠岩是一种无毒、无味、不燃、不腐、耐酸碱、保温、隔音隔热，内部呈蜂窝状结构产品，是由酸性火山玻璃质熔岩(珍珠岩)经破碎，筛分至一定粒度，再经预热，在14000℃以上高温延时烧结而制成的一种白色或浅色的优质绝热保温材料，可与不同的胶结料配制制成如憎水珍珠岩制品、珍珠岩吸音板、隔墙板、防火板等。
该产品主要用于建筑物屋面及墙体的保温、隔热；建筑材料的轻质骨料；各种工业设备、管道绝热层；各种深冷、冷库工程的内壁；农业及园艺的无土栽培、改良土壤，保水保肥等，被广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、建筑、冶金等行业。
