Classification according to Euro class B, Bfl, C, Cfl, D, Dfl, E and Efl according to the European System. Additional test methods are also used, see data sheet EN ISO 9239-1 and EN ISO 13823.
The test method measures the ignitability of building products when exposed to a small flame.
Examples of products that can be tested with this method
All types of building products, for example those comprised by fire regulations and included in the European Construction Product Directive, CPD.
