GB/T 20390.2床上用品燃烧性能防火测试–标准简介:

GB/T 20390.2纺织品 床上用品燃烧性能 第2部分：小火焰为点火源的可燃性试验方法规定了评定所有床上用品在施加小火焰时的可点燃性的试验方法。本部分适用于床上用品，例如：床罩、床单、被单、毯子、被子和被套、枕头、枕套、床垫罩布等。本部分不适用于床垫、床基和褥垫。

 

GB/T 20390.2床上用品燃烧性能防火测试 - 预处理条件：

预处理：室内环境72小时

调节： T：20℃±5℃，高：65±5％，至少16小时

 

GB/T 20390.2床上用品燃烧性能防火测试 - 测试样品:

- 样品要求：按下表要求每种样品至少有2件:

1） 单件床上用品测试

1. 平面材料，正常使用时不折叠(如：床罩) ：450X450mm

2. 长枕和枕头或垫子： Maximum length of 450mm.

3. 棉被和羽绒被裁剪成450X450mm，保留两个原始边，边需封闭

2） 组合测试

枕头和羽绒被尺寸为225mm×225mm
